Shipping & Returns

Due to the delicate, valuable, and irreplaceable nature of our items there is a strict return policy.

All sales are final, as-is.

Orders are shipped insured in case of loss or damage.
If the seller cancels the order, a full refund will be issued.
Condition of the product is specified as new or used.
Used products are not perfect. Defects will be noted.
If imperfection bothers you, then buy new.

Shipping Option:
Buyer has the option of shipping service at checkout; however, seller may use an alternative Carrier with a comparable service.
Comparable services for Standard Delivery includes UPS Ground and USPS Parcel.
Comparable services for Expedited Delivery includes UPS 3-Day Select and USPS Priority.
All shipping times are an estimate provided by the carriers, we can not guarantee times.
Buyer is responsible for all cost of shipping. If the package is refused or returned to sender, any additional shipping will be billed to the buyer.

Handling Time: 1-7 business days.
Business days are Monday-Friday, holidays excluded.

Any damage claim requires all items to be given back to the Shipping Carrier AND an insurance claim must be filed immediately upon receiving your package!
Records will be supplied to the carrier to confirm originating item, condition, and packing.
